For *one* brake, not a pair. I can't think of any retailer other than Riv 
that sells Pauls in sets, and Riv only sells the centerpulls.

That's pretty cheap for new; eBay prices for the same new brakes start at 
about US $80 each. Niagara Cycleworks in upstate NY is selling them through 
their Amazon store for $79 each, and they list Canadian shipping prices 
that don't sound too bad.

On eBay, full sets of used Paul Touring cantis don't show up very often, 
but mixed canti sets (Neo-Retro front, Touring rear) get listed with some 
regularity. There's a pair up now closing on Monday: One bid at US $50.
