Perfect for mounting a bag up front with the choice of mounting a light to the left or right side. Normally the M12 only lets you mount a light on the cyclists right hand side facing forward. All mounting hardware included. Used for a few weeks. I am selling because I decided to go with a full size rack up front in order to mount panniers. This rack is pretty. Mounts through fork crown and cantilever mounts only.
