George: I have the Nitto Mini on my Atlantis. This is the one that has a single mount thru the fork crown and two down legs that clamp to the fork legs. I've had two different cantilever brakes on the bike and neither had any problems with the rack. I originally bought it as support for a Hobo bag and earlier this year got Acorn's Rando bag. It's a perfect fit on the mini. I think this mini rack is a common size (maybe VO has something similar) and the same with the Rando bag - others out there of similar dimensions. Rack mounting a boxy bag means you don't have straps & ties to the h'bars. That used to bug me with the Hobo bag.
