If, when I get the rack mounted to the brake bolt, before installing the struts, I see that the angle of the rack is too nose down and not level, should I just push it up and into level with the struts when I install them? Or is it a bad idea to have the rack mounted under tension?
Maybe bend the tang to proper level and then install struts for a no tension mount? What do you do?
