Aaron, Hello. Brooks in general usually does not work with me except an upright position.
Regal is nice, very hard saddle B17, does not work for me but works for my wife. Only one she uses. Team Pro. Avocet racing, never used it so I don't know. Just to add a two more to create more confusion. San Marco Concor, works great for me. The scoop really feel nice. Berthoud, works great if you want to try something like a Brooks pro. I like it because it is wide enough but not too wide. IMHO, the type of saddle you use depends on how much weight you put on it and how low/high you handlebar is. For fast ride, where you will push you behind back and lower your upper body, Concor is great. I have done many metric century and some century on it, no issue at all. However, you know you body best and I think you should make the choice yourself. Go see can you borrow one for a few weeks from your local riding friends.
