I have this cool frame that I am looking for trades. 700x32c with fenders (easily), 700x38c without, (probably 35mm tires with fenders but I didn't check that), low trail, threaded bosses all around for fenders, brazed on posts for weinmann/diacompe style centerpull brakes. All factory issue specs for this rare model. Celesteish green with beausage. 54.5x54.5ctc top and seat. 82cm standover with 32mm tires. I ride 52-54cm bikes and this bike is a "french fit" for me.
