I've owned both and I LOVE MY Cheviot. Love the step through. I have 43mm Rock and Roads- I can go anywhere! I commute to work (street) and ride trails on the same tires. Have a Marks rack in front with a basket and a Carradice with a Pletcher on back. Set up for S24O- and just go! Haul groceries-YES!
