The Kojaks measured just shy of 32 mm on the 21 mm (outside) Equalizers.

But if you don't mind spending $78 per tire, I wholeheartedly recommend the
Elk Pass, narrow or not. It rides smoother and faster (by "feel" anyway)"
than the fatter Kojaks.
