Are you sure it is the 4600 and not the 4603 ? The 00 is the double, the 03 the triple designation.
Is it a true 28.6mm clamp or is it 31.8 with a shim ? I'm assuming 31.8 w/shim as this is what the docs spec. These appear still available new , is it that your seeking a used one or one may here and not using ?
