We use one of these to mount a country bag on my girlfriend's 47 cm
Saluki. There' not enough room between the seat and the tire/rack for a
large bag, so that's where the uplift comes in. There is a lot of hardware
back there, what with a rack and the uplift, but it works. The uplift
comes our from the middle of the tombstone.
