Egg recipe: Calls for it to be made in muffin tin ..I used 3" rings so I could put it on a muffin.Substituded chopped bacon for the ground pork..add what you like & make it your own recipe. Cooked a head of time and cooled, wrapped in plastic wrap. It held up well during the trip.Reheated with a slice of cheese.
