Hi, I'm looking for something bigger than the XS Sackville saddlebag to use when I'm not using a rear rack.
I'm one of those who doesn't have much space to spare between the saddle of my 54cm Hunq, and the rear tire, especially when I'm riding fatter tires. When I checked again this morning, I only have about 8 inches of clearance with Clement MSO's. Does the Small Sackville saddlebag keep it's shape? Does the stiffener eventually bend and give the bag a different, deeper shape? Does the Small Sackville do best with lighter loads, or a supportive strap like the Medium Sackville? Any views, experiences, gripes, rants, exclamations of glee, opinions or advice would be most appreciated.
