Keven was very quick to reply to emails, easy going, and provided all around great customer service throughout my many visits and phone calls to Rivendell. He was especially super patient while I pestered about the status of my Hunqapillar order over the eternal 3 month wait on the frame, as well as during a later Cheviot build. I just looked at his profile on the staff directory and can't believe he's been there since 2005, that's a long run to work anywhere in this day it seems. Good luck!
