like it a lot.  I'm not sure Tubus adapter works with the Duo.  It's 
intended for a mid fork eyelet a specific dimension above the fork eyelet.  
However, I've mounted mine to hourglass eyelets just below the canti posts, 
with the lower mount to the fork via a P-clamp.  This raises the panniers 
enough that I can run my large Ortleibs up front.
