Hello folks I am hoping to buy a used and affordable rack for mounting my panniers up front on my standard unicrown fork. This would have to be a super stiff rack, something like the Tubus Tara, as I have heavy waxed canvas panniers. I'd be totally happy / willing to trade a Like new Paul Racer (recessed / silver / polished), or to pay cash, or to trade other parts, if I have what you need.
