Continuing my moving sale with my new, never used Ocean Air Cycles "Docena"
handlebar bag, which OAC calls a "Demi Porteur". This is a large, high
quality, super light bag, made by Swift to Ocean Air's design.

I never got around to figuring out a good mounting approach since the
bottom velcro didn't mesh well with the rack on my Cooper
<https://flic.kr/s/aHsjQ7RC2f>. This should work fine for a Nitto M-12,
M-13, Nitto/Rivendell Mark's Rack, and similar.
And more importantly, I'm moving and trying to lighten the load and free up
cash. Sells new for $275--but not available again from OAC until early '16.
I will sell for $260 shipped, in original box.
