I don't exactly follow your question. Rivendell* intended* to supply the Clem with separate decals and lettering stickers so you could make your bike look more junky or more personalized. Then Rivendell reported that the manufacturer put the decals on and clearcoated over them. They offered refunds for people who thought that was a dealkiller. So, as far as I know, all the Clems and Clementines all have decals already. Did you get a Clem with decals separate? Or are you expecting to get one with separate decals? If it's the former, then Riv does have an excellent video showing how to install Resurrectio decals, and I think that would be a great starting point for you. If it's the latter, then hopefully you won't be disappointed when you get your bike with them already installed and clearcoated.
