It's making me appreciate bar ends and Noodles. Nobody talks about which side and which orientation those should have. The one bike we have in the house with albatross-like bars (soma oxford) also has bar end shifters, not thumb mount.
I will stick to obsessing about gear ratios, you guys can talk about your thumbies all you like, but it's not for me.
