Tony, Great photos and update on road/trail conditions. In driving around Kensington/Wheaton there is a great deal of plowing to be done for roads to handle peak rush hour traffic. Tom, Sorry to learn of the flooding and glad you emerged relatively undamaged. You got a lot of snow too! Stay safe out there - the snow may have stopped but things are far from normal.
