I went in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014 and there has been a shift in the show every time I go and this shift is not something I like. It started with a show for hand built bikes but now has become a lot more corporate. You see less frame builders and more corporations, like Shimano, Campagnolo, Gates Drive Systems, SRAM, Chris King and Rtichey. This is the stuff you can see anywhere. It is the frame builders that make the show and they are dwindling over the years.
After 2014 I decided it's not worth it for me to fly from Toronto to the host city, get a hotel for three or four days and see less and less frame builders. Now if it was in my backyard, then there would be no doubt I would go. I will be fine looking at everyone's photos. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
