Without a doubt the best packing I have seen for any bike ever. In my few years of bike shop employment I probably packed 50 bikes or so for shipping. I did not have the skill, patience, or materials to come anywhere close to Riv's standards. Rivendell clearly takes pride in this part of the sale.
They should teach a class!
