I've been using the VO 46/30 MkII crank for a couple hundred miles now and have had no problems. It basically goes unnoticed when riding and looks really nice when I'm not. I used the recommended 118mm BB width on my 61cm Roadeo, but would have preferred a 115 for a slightly better chainline. The 175mm cranks would still clear the chainstays easily.
