I don't see it as being all that dirty. Underside yes but who the hell looks under your saddle bag? If your that anal about it 1 part Dawn,2 parts hydrogen peroxide mixed in a spray bottle. Spray it on, let lt sit for 5-10 minnutes wipe it off, do it again and scrub it a little bit , hose it off and rewax. Is this gonna be in a parade?
