This post seems to be sticking around. So I might as well add to it...back
in 2010...maybe 2009 whatever...I was hit pretty hard by the "Great
Recession" and at Christmas time things were really tight. So it was just
a kids kind of deal. I had always admired/loved Riv but could never afford
one. My wife--girlfriend at the time--called Riv to see if Grant would
sign a Christmas card...she spoke to Miesha about it and as my wife tells
me she was happy and as helpful as can be--over the years I've talked to
her on the phone, and it was true--any ways, we couldn't afford anything
really but Miesha told her just order something small, I'll make it happen.

Well sure enough she did. Grant was super gracious about it too. He not
only wrote out a little card but put in a hat to boot. It was a supper
nice touch in a not so nice time.--mind you at that point I had probably
spent pennies there.

Things changed...as they always seem to do and I cherish the Riv's I have
(they are magical bikes). I always try and order a few times a
year...especially if they seem in a pinch.

For whatever it's worth she was top notch. And so is Riv. You can't beat
their graciousness about things especially when they don't have to be.
