Having owned a Bleriot and owning a Saluki I have to say that the main advantages I gained were better fit (as they were different sizes) and... A kickstand plate that I never use? The Saluki definitely has more braze-ons which is good. Overall I think I preferred the paint quality on the Bleriot (gasp!) but the Saluki just fits me better. They ride about the same from what I can tell.
