Add mine to the voices for keeping straps up top. And it's so easy/cheap to 
make strong secure adjustable straps yourself... get some 3/4 inch flat 
webbing, and a single plastic loop tab adjuster. Pass a bit of the webbing 
through the tab adjuster, sew/stitch/knot it to itself, and you are set.
