Its not fair to blame Fedex or UPS......Its clearly an inexperienced SHIPPER who is to blame. Fedex and UPS ship stuff all over the world without any problems, but you HAVE to pack it and protect whatever you are shipping PROPERLY. You also have to mark the box FRAGILE if thats what it is. How is Fedsx or UPS suppose to know whats inside a box? The shipper is to blame.
