Cool, I have a hall pass for next Satuday, July 16, if anyone else is free then. Depending how hot it is we could aim for meeting up in Walnut Creek and doing a Diablo or Shell Ridge (little to no shade) ride then down to BBH. If it's on the hotter side that day I might opt to ride over from Rockridge BART (the cooler side of the Bay), over to Skyline/Grizzly, down through Redwood regional, then sticking to the mostly shaded Lafayette/Moraga Regional Trail (which is also flat!, but with tons of pedestrians). Earlier the better for me but I'm flexible.
I'd be down with this either way, but is this for real closing? I trust the Radavist, but haven't heard anything from the folks at Riv.
