Left: 2.1" Thunder Burts on the Hunqapillar. Right: 38mm Barlow Pass on the QuickBeam. Hunqapillar track made while trail was still wet after rain/hail (hence the dimpled dirt surface) yesterday afternoon. Quickbeam track made this morning after the trail is dryer. What I find intreaguing is the width of the impressions is visually identical. In equal conditions I’d expect the Hunqapillar to be wider and with the tail wet, I’d expect it to be wider yet. Yet they look the same. Tire science is intriguing! Grin.
