My C17 carved is by far the most comfortable new saddle I've ever bought, I was comfortable straight away. I have a C19, it's on my most current build, so I have not ridden it yet, but I fully expect no problems. I have half a dozen bikes with various B17s & I love them, but they take a while before they are truly comfortable, though I am rarely uncomfortable on any Brooks.
