Be interested to see how those Choco Norms work out on the Cheviot...my custom mixte is going to have those bars flipped down like yours...usually I'm a moustache bar rider but Grant recommended first the Bosco bars...no not for me, and then these Choco bars which I went with to duplicate my current riding position as closely as possible...we'll see. I like the looks of your Cheviot build...nice!
