Thanks for the various replies. I checked the links provided for crank arms only, but unfortunately I am after 165mm arms and those vendors are only offering lengths from 170mm upwards.
I'm pretty sure the Mighty Tour is 110 BCD only (i.e. no 74 BCD fitting). In the end I splurged on an Alpina2 crankset from Alex's Cycle in Japan (comes with chainrings but I can reuse two of the three).
