Yes, as I recall what he said, he's concentrating on a market that has junk MTBs laying around with recyclable wheels, aiming to sell them on a frame that's more suited to practical tasks than the MTB frames those wheels came on. That's almost an operational definition of "bottom feeder," isn't it?
