I think they would. I have Soma C-Lines on my QuickBeam, and they're fine, plenty clearance, a true 38mm. I had tried BG Rock-n-Roads, and they just barely fit, at 43mm. Given the Snoqualmies are showing as 42mm, you could fit them, but with almost no margin for rim wobble.
