Updated pics added--pretty much set with the exception of bar tape, fenders and a nicer saddle bag. I want to take it for a test spin to check the brake lever position and such before I tape it up.

That cracked the paint a little of course but I'll put a couple of coats of wax or some clear enamel over it and it'll be okay for a decade or so... Thanks for the kind words--I've sort of intermittently wanted a QB for a long time and the sidepulls and 650b wheels pushed me over the edge!
