I'm 64 and 14mph is a good day for me and doesn't happen that often, truth 
be told. 

Still for us aging baby boomers (like me) , it does give you something to 
hope for...note that he eats lots of fruits and veggies, doesn't smoke, 
doesn't drink except for occasional glass of vino,gets enough sleep...all 
the stuff are moms told us:
