While I can't answer your question directly, I can offer a data point: on my 2010 Waterford Homer I have run 700cx41 Surly Knard tires under SKS P50 fenders without a problem, so I would be reasonably certain that the Cazaderos would fit sans-fenders. I currently running Soma Supple Vitesse 42s that measure 40mm wide under the same fenders with no problems there either.
