yes. as just a so soish bike wrencher my solution is as follows..
pull the little dust cap back and apply a little light lubricant I used T9 
suff. make shure dust cap is seated flush against hub, mine kept getting sucked 
into hub body. Find a big hill to ride up n down a few times fast n it should 
be good. You will see little rubber dust bunnies building up, but I don't think 
it matters much as if I recall correctly bearings are cartridge so sealed any 
way. I still get an occasional squeek but no biggie.
