I have a White Industries 46/30 crank, which I paired with a drop bar and 11-speed brifters, an 11-speed MTB derailleur (M8000), an 11-40 rear cassette, and a Wolf Tooth Tanpan ratio converter. Works flawlessly and gives me 20-115 gear inches on a 2x setup.
