I like high engagement hubs, so I'd go King classics or Onyx. The Onyx is especially attractive for being silent.
White is local to me, and I think their hubs are beautiful, and a great match for a dynamo wheel. Everyone says nice things about the DT 240 and 350, if you aren't set on American hubs.
