Go larger. I have a PBH of 91 and ride a 63 and with shoes on, and 700x35 tires, I have plenty of SO height. I even road the bike with 700x41 tires and SO wasn't a problem. I also have a 62cm Rambouillet, my first Riv, and it fits fine, but in hindsight I wish I had gotten a 64. Go larger.
