Long story short: I exchanged a medium saddleback for a large. Called Riv, told they wouldn't deduct the free shipping on the medium because it's an exchange, but I pay shipping on the return. OK, that's their policy, fair enough. Today I got my refund, surprise, they added the $23 I laid out for return shipping.
