Myself I'd use these because the pad is thicker and then just replace the 
pad .  http://www.koolstop.com/english/v_type2holder.html

instead of these http://www.koolstop.com/english/thinline.html

All pads http://www.koolstop.com/english/rim_pads.html

Compare dimensions too, like "pad contact width". Measure your current ones 
to see what the difference is if any.
