In the GB catalog, ther is a table for the size of decailluer based on the bag used, length of stem and height from top of rack to centerline of the stem bolt and type of stem bolt orientation (vertical or horzantal). The table gives the proper length to use, e.g a H-91 or a H-121.
I could not find the table using some quick searches but it is there.
