I just installed a pair of the 650Bx38 of the slick GravelKing. The casing is definitely heavier than the Compass tires - it's definitely not the same thing rebranded, though Panaracer does manufacture both tires. It's a comfortable enough tire, and hopefully reasonably durable, but it's not equivalent to the Compass.
