This is sad indeed. I'm fairly new to Ibex, bought El Fito knickers last year and love them. Also have a pair of leg warmers. Yesterday I went online to order a long sleeve medium weight top. The site wouldn't let me complete the order, so I had to call. The customer service lady was super nice and took care of my order. They currently have 40% off many (all?) items, no returns. I hope that all of the employees come out OK, we will miss them.
