They are an awesome shop with super nice and knowledgeable employees. I went there four times from Dec 2016 to Aug 2017--to see what a Rivendell bikes was about, to buy a bike (ended up with Joe A.), to get accessories added to Joe, and once for a G&G sponsored ride, where I got to meet some great guys from this and the iBob forum board. I wish them the best and will miss them as my "local" (150 miles away) Riv bike store.
