Interesting idea; I certainly could get by with a st panel, but I think
that panels on the lower seatstays and aft chainstays would look weird.

I agree that the refinish will not be as nice as the Joe Bell paint but it
will be nice, and quite frankly, paint is rather low down on my list of
"must haves" for my bikes.

*And,* I recall that wonderful, deep, "liquid" powdercoat the man did for
the old Herse. Really pretty!
