Yes, that's the color Grant calls RBW Blue. The AHH hue looks a little lighter to me, not that the Testors touchup wouldn't work on both. No touchup paint is going to seemlessly blend into the original color, which is why I don't bother with it anymore. I'm either going to have a scratch I notice or a blob of paint I notice, so..just ride!
