a little more fender installation thought about Quiet. I just got off a beating 30-mi ride, and the only noise my International made was tire noise. Think about this. Go ring your bike bell, then touch it anywhere. It stops - you don't have to touch where it was hit. I've been told my use of leather washers in fender installation is excessive.
